What’s the key to keeping your project on schedule and limiting or avoiding delays? Excellent preparation! Before the demolition or construction begins, we will ensure that important design decisions have been made, permits have been issued, materials have been ordered (and, often, received), contracts have been signed and the subcontractors know when they will be needed on site.

We will purchase all needed materials, get them to the job site and check each delivery for quality and accuracy.

Your project will be done by a crew of experienced tradespeople who are polite, have a strong work ethic and take pride in providing high quality workmanship. AJ Construction will supervise every aspect of the work and be a single point of contact for you.

While some contractors leave the site in ramshackle condition until the project is complete, we will ensure everything is neat and orderly at the end of each work day. Then, when the project is complete, we’ll bring in professional cleaners to deep clean your home.
